This policy summarises how cancellations and refunds work. Your service agreement sets out the binding terms for your plan and location.
Before documents are issued
If you cancel after paying but before KYC is complete and any address documents are issued, you are eligible for a refund of [X% / the full fee less a processing charge of ₹X]. [Confirm.]
After documents are issued
Once address documents (agreement, NOC or utility bill copies) have been issued, fees for the current term are generally non-refundable, because the premises owner has committed the address to you. [Confirm any pro-rata terms.]
If KYC is not approved
If we or the premises owner cannot approve your KYC, we refund fees paid for the address service, less [any non-refundable charges]. [Confirm.]
Government and third-party fees
Statutory fees and fees paid to independent professionals on your behalf are not refundable by us once paid.
Renewal
We remind you before your term ends. Your plan renews only when you confirm and pay the renewal invoice.
Moving out
When your service ends, you must update your registrations to a new address within the time the law and your agreement require. We may stop accepting mail after the end date.
How to cancel
Write to us through the contact page or your client portal, quoting your agreement reference. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within [X] business days.
