Questions
How quickly will I know when mail arrives?
Notification times depend on the centre and your plan. We set them out in your service agreement rather than promise a figure here.
What happens to official notices from tax authorities?
We flag government and legal correspondence as a priority and tell you promptly. Responding to it within any deadline remains your responsibility.
