Prestigious addresses

A recognised business address, without the lease.

Use a business address in a commercial district on your website, letterhead and registrations. It comes with the documents authorities and banks usually ask for, and with mail handled for you.

What's included

What you get

  • Use of the business address for correspondence, website and stationery
  • Address documentation from the premises owner for registrations: agreement, NOC and a recent utility bill
  • Mail and courier receipt with notification
  • A named specialist for onboarding and renewals
  • Optional add-ons: meeting-room access and reception services, where the centre offers them

Limitations

What to know first

  • A virtual office is a business address service, not a workspace or a lease of premises.
  • Banks, regulators and tax authorities set their own requirements and may carry out physical verification.
  • Some licences and regulated activities require dedicated premises.

Process

How it works

  1. Step 01

    Choose a city and district

Tell us where you need a presence and how you plan to use the address.

  2. Step 02

    Confirm availability and plan

We confirm the exact address, inclusions and fees in writing before you commit.

  3. Step 03

    Complete KYC

Share identity and business documents so we can verify you, as the premises owner requires.

  4. Step 04

    Sign and receive documents

Once the agreement is signed and fees are paid, we issue the address documents for your registrations.

Eligibility

Who it's for

  • Registered companies, LLPs, partnerships and proprietorships, and individuals setting one up

  • Lawful business activities only. We may decline activities that need dedicated premises or specific licences

What you'll need

  • PAN of the business, or of the proprietor or partners
  • Identity proof of directors, partners or proprietor (for example, Aadhaar or passport)
  • Residential address proof of the authorised signatory
  • Certificate of incorporation and constitutional documents, for existing entities

Questions

Is a virtual office address legal in India?

Yes. Using a commercial address under an agreement with the premises owner is a recognised arrangement. Each authority still applies its own rules on what documents it accepts and whether it physically verifies the premises.

Can I sit and work at the address?

A virtual office does not include a desk. Where a centre offers meeting rooms or day passes, we can add them to your plan.
