Registration assistance

Address documents and expert help for your GST filing.

We provide the address documents a GST application usually needs and help you prepare and submit it on the GST portal. Approval is decided by the GST department.

What's included

What you get

  • Address proof documents from the premises owner: agreement, NOC and a recent utility bill
  • A checklist of the documents your application needs
  • Help preparing and submitting the application on the GST portal, with you as the applicant
  • Help with clarification requests from the department, using your inputs
  • Coordination with a chartered accountant or tax practitioner, if you need one

Limitations

What to know first

  • We cannot guarantee GST registration. The department may approve, query or reject an application, and may physically verify the premises.
  • Businesses that store goods usually need a declared warehouse. A business address alone does not cover this.
  • We do not provide legal or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional about your tax position.

Questions

Can GST be registered at a virtual office?

In many cases, yes, when the address comes with valid documents from the premises owner. The GST officer decides each application and may physically verify the premises, so approval is never guaranteed.

How long does GST registration take?

It depends on the department's processing, Aadhaar authentication and whether a physical verification is ordered. We will give you an estimate once we have reviewed your case, not before.
